The "Mean Girls" star was spotted Wednesday afternoon entering Pickford Lofts, an inpatient treatment facility founded by famed defense attorney Robert Shapiro, according to TMZ.

Shapiro, who is best known for successfully defending O.J. Simpson in his murder trial, founded Pickford Lofts after his son, Brent, died of a drug overdose in 2005.

Earlier Thursday, it was reported that Lohan, who is expected to report to jail next Tuesday, hired Shapiro in hopes that her 90-day jail sentence would be either reduced or eliminated.

Although Shapiro has yet to officially confirm himself if he will be representing Lohan, her father, Michael Lohan, was eager to confirm the reports.

"Bob (Shapiro) is representing her," Lohan wrote to CNN. "But tell me, why is (it) that I had to cry from the mountain for Lindsay to listen to me, and now finally she is doing what I said?"
