Kelly Osbourne engaged to Matthew Mosshart

Congratulations are in order for Kelly Osbourne.

The "Fashion Police" star is engaged to boyfriend Matthew Mosshart, the couple confirmed Monday to Hello! magazine.

Mosshart, a chef, proposed to Osbourne on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. He told Hello!: "We were on a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It was just beautiful. She said yes! And then she smiled for the rest of the night!"

"I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time," Osbourne added in the interview.

The couple met in 2011 at the wedding of model Kate Moss and rocker Jamie Hince.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, the TV personality gushed that Mosshart was different from the other guys she's dated.

"He just wants to love me, and I just wanted to be loved by him," she said. "Every single other guy I've dated has wanted something from me. They'd call people I know and ask for favors. I'd have to say, 'Trust me. Telling someone you are my boyfriend isn't going to get you very far.'"

Osbourne, 28, was previously engaged to British model Luke Worrall. They split in 2010.
