Judge rules Halle Berry can't move daughter to France: Report

Halle Berry is apparently staying put in the U.S.

A judge ruled Friday that the actress cannot permanently move Nahla Aubry, her daughter with ex Gabriel Aubry, to France, TMZ reports.

Berry, 46, had been petitioning to be able to move with the 4-year-old to France so they could live with her fiance, French actor Olivier Martinez. She argued that the paparazzi in Los Angeles are too aggressive and pose a threat to her and her daughter.

A judge ultimately ruled in favor of Aubrey, according to TMZ.

Berry and Aubry split in 2010. She and Martinez got engaged earlier this year.
