Jessica Simpson shares new photo of baby Maxwell

(CBS News) Jessica Simpson has given fans another glimpse of her infant daughter.

The singer/TV personality posted a new photo of 8-week-old Maxwell Drew on her Twitter page Tuesday, with the caption, "Howdy friends."

Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson welcomed the baby girl on May 1.

"I absolutely LOVE my family!" Simpson, 31, tweeted last week. "Maxwell amazes Eric and I everyday with every little thing she does!"

Shortly after Maxwell's birth, she also wrote, "I am so in love with baby Maxwell. I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I've experienced."
