Jennifer Love Hewitt marries, gives birth

Jennifer Love Hewitt has some big news to share. Not only did she secretly wed, but she also gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday.

The 34-year-old actress and her “Client List” co-star Brian Hallisay named their daughter Autumn James Hallisay, a rep told People.

This is Hewitt's first child and marriage. The couple revealed they were engaged in June. Hewitt was previously engaged to actor Ross McCall. After they broke things off, Hewitt dated actor Jamie Kennedy, her "Ghost Whisperer" co-star.

Back in 2010, Hewitt had marriage on the brain. "I think that I could be a really good wife," the actress said. "I know that I love being able to give my love out to someone. I know there is somebody great out there for me."

Hallisay, 35, is a Washington, D.C., native graduated from Cornell University with a degree in history and economics. Before joining the cast of "The Client List," Hallisay made appearances on "Without a Trace," "CSI: NY," "Cold Case" and "Bones." Earlier this month, Lifetime announced that it was canceling "The Client List" after two seasons. 

Hewitt detailed her romantic ups and downs in the 2010 book, "The Day I Shot Cupid," in which she described herself as a "love-aholic."
