Heidi Montag Threatens to Sue Spencer Pratt Over Tell-All Book
NEW YORK (CBS) Heidi Montag is threatening to take legal action to stop soon-to-be ex-husband Spencer Pratt from writing a tell-all book about her personal life.

"This is exactly why I left him...right now I'm looking into my legal options" she told TMZ.com on Thursday.
Pratt told Us Weekly magazine that his book will focus on his relationship with Montag, including details on her strained relationship with her mother, Darlene Egelhoff.
"My last book, How to be Famous, didn't make the New York Times best-seller list because it was in the self-help section," Pratt told the magazine. "This one is going to be totally different. I'm not holding anything back."
Montag filed for divorce in July. The two married last April at a church in Pasadena, Calif.
TMZ reported that their divorce will become final on Valentine's Day of next year.
