Oregon woman accused of sex abuse on Alaska Air flight

PORTLAND, Ore. -- A 26-year-old Oregon woman was arrested at Portland International Airport for allegedly sexually abusing a woman on a flight from Las Vegas Sunday night, reports CBS affiliate KOIN.

Police were called to the airport while Heidi McKinney was still aboard Alaska Airlines flight 621, where she was accused of touching another woman's breast and genitals without consent. When the plane landed around 9:20 p.m., she was taken into custody.

McKinney was held for 3rd-degree sex abuse in Multnomah County Jail. She bailed out of jail later Monday afternoon and no complaint was filed against her, police said.

The case has been referred for federal prosecution.
