Ferrari: Massa's Test Date To Be Set Wednesday

Ferrari will decide Wednesday on the timing of Felipe Massa's comeback after his life-threatening accident in Hungary.

The Italian team says Tuesday a decision will be made after Massa completes two days in the team's simulator.

Williams team boss Frank Williams sent a message of support to Massa about a possible test at Fiorano on Oct. 12, but Ferrari said no date had been set.

Massa arrived at the team's Maranello factory on Monday to work on his fitness and get reacquainted with the team. He is still rehabbing after an accident at the Hungarian Grand Prix in July. Massa suffered multiple skull fractures and was placed in an induced coma.

The governing body FIA has allowed the test.
