One of Dexter's exes is coming back to haunt him.

Actress Yvonne Strahovski will reprise her role as homicidal florist Hannah McKay in the upcoming eighth season of the Showtime series "Dexter," according to Entertainment Weekly. Strahovski is expected to guest star in a multi-episode story arc.

Dexter originally targeted her as one of his victims, but Hannah ended up becoming his main love interest throughout last season. But things certainly didn't end well between them.

After trying to kill his sister, Hannah ended up in jail, where she bit Dexter's lip as they kissed. She escaped imprisonment and was last seen leaving an ominous potted plant on Dexter's doorstep.

It looks like a potentially lethal reunion could now be in store for the former couple.

The eighth season of "Dexter" begins on June 30.
