Dave Chappelle strikes back at Hartford, Conn.

Dave Chappelle has struck back at Hartford five days after he washeckled at a show and refused to perform his set.

According to audio posted on YouTube, Chappelle praises an audience in Chicago on Tuesday for being "so much better than Hartford."

Chappelle said, "I don't want anything bad to happen to the United States...but if North Korea ever drops a nuclear bomb on this country, I swear to God I hope it lands in Hartford, Connecticut."

To cheers and laughter, he said he "wouldn't even go back to Hartford for ... gas." Chappelle also described the crowd as "evil" and "young, white alcoholics."

Chappelle was the headliner last Thursday in Hartford at the Funny or Die Presents The Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Festival, which is touring the country.
