Crimesider Exclusive: Mug Shot of Leah Ignagni, Steve McNair's Mistress
NEW YORK (CBS) Crimesider has obtained Leah Ignagni's mug shot, which was taken by Nashville police after she was arrested for three drug charges on Aug. 24, 2009, according to affidavits on the Nashville Criminal Court Clerk Web site.

Police say Ignagni was dating former NFL star Steve McNair, who was found shot to death with another lover, 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi.

Police say on July 4, 2009, Kazemi killed the married quarterback, then herself, due to mounting financial pressure and the recent discovery that she wasn't the only one sleeping with McNair.
As for Ignagni's troubles, she was arrested Aug. 24 for two felony drug offenses and one misdemeanor.

The first charge came after police say they observed Ignagni selling 150 pills of the prescription painkiller Lortab to a confidential informant who was wearing a wire on Aug. 18, according to the arrest affidavit.
Police then executed a narcotics search warrant at Ignagni's home on Aug. 24. She was present and during the search made comments about the marijuana found in the house being her own, the arrest warrant states. Authorities located about "20 grams of marijuana" in the home, as well as rolling papers and a marijuana grinder.
Ignagni was arrested at the time of the search for selling a controlled substance - the Lortab pills - as well as possession with intent to sell for the marijuana found in her home, both felony charges, according to the warrant. She was also arrested for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, for the papers and grinder, the warrant states.
Ignagni paid a combined bond of $17,000, and made a court appearance on Oct. 14, according to the Nashville Criminal Court Clerk Web site.
