People magazine reports that the ceremony featured classical music and the couple's favorite Bible readings.

Their wedding planner told the magazine that the wedding was "a spiritual expression of their love" - a special moment for a "very special couple."

According to the report, Underwood wore a Chantilly lace dress by Monique Lhuillier, who also designed the bridesmaids' dresses.

After making their union official, the bride and groom released a statement saying, "We could not feel more blessed to have found each other and to have shared this day with our friends and family that mean so much to us!"

The two signed it "Mike & Carrie Fisher."

Earlier reports speculated that the wedding cost an estimated $500,000.

Underwood and Fisher got engaged on Dec. 20, after dating for about a year.

The two are now off on their honeymoon -- the newlyweds were spotted at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon. An insider told Us Weekly that they were headed to Bora Bora and Tahiti.
