Calif. woman returns home to find naked man on her couch, and no, he didn't belong there

(CBS) COVINA, Calif. - A 29-year-old man was in police custody on Thursday after a woman returned home to find him sleeping naked on her couch, according to CBS Los Angeles.

The Pasadena Star News reports Troy Miligan broke into a garage at around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

When the female homeowner returned later, she reportedly found Milligan sleeping without any clothes on.

The intruder put his clothes back on and walked away, according to the local paper.

The woman reportedly followed Miligan in her car and called police, who arrested him a few blocks away.

When the burglary suspect was asked by police why he was sleeping naked, he reportedly responded, "It was extremely hot today."

Miligan is reportedly being held in Covina jail on a $50,000 bond.
