Fellow Backstreet Boys member Howie Dorough told CBSNews.com Monday he was still recovering from the wedding weekend. "It was unbelievable and crazy," he said. "I wouldn't expect anything different from A.J. Very gothic, very out there. It was lots of fun. All the guys were there. We partied. We danced our butts off. It was great seeing another one of our guys go down that aisle."

Other guests included Kathy Griffin, Joey McIntyre of the New Kids on the Block, former Backsteet Boys member Kevin Richardson, along with current members Brian Littrell and Nick Carter. Celebrity photographer Tyler Shields officiated the ceremony, according to Us Weekly.

Karidis wore a Vera Wang gown and walked down the aisle to Guns N' Roses' "November Rain."

McLean chronicled the days leading up to the wedding on Twitter. "Wedding is tomorrow, Ro and I could barely sleep last night, I think we're a little excited!," he wrote.

The singer proposed to Karidis in January 2010 during a concert in Las Vegas.

McLean and the Backstreet Boys will soon team up with the New Kids on the Block for the Australian and European legs of their NKOTBSB tour.
