(CBS/AP) JUNEAU, Alaska - Have you ever had an unwanted guest show up for Thanksgiving dinner? Well, one woman in Alaska can relate.

KINY-AM reports that the woman called police Thanksgiving morning at 4:40 a.m. to report that a man had broken into her home and was now lying on the kitchen floor.

When police arrived at the scene they found one of the homeowners with a firearm pointed at the man, who had been told to remain on the floor until police arrived.

The unwanted guest, 27 year-old Anthony Charles Rice of Wrangell, Alaska, was determined to be intoxicated. He was also armed with a handgun.

Rice was then arrested and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and misconduct involving weapons in the third degree.

He was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center where he was held without bail.
