2-year-old girl adorably nails a cover of Pearl Jam

(CBS News) Most of us have been here before: a song comes on while you're driving around, and you find yourself singing along to it. And maybe you know all of the lyrics, maybe you don't. But I have a hunch that no matter how great a singer you are, you're probably nowhere near as adorable doing it as this girl in the video above. (Just saying.) Click play to see what I mean.

Awwww... lyrics down or not, she totally nailed the Pearl Jam song in my book! The candidly cute moment was posted by YouTube user jacquebell05 who writes about the clip that actually posted in 2010, but has only recently garnered online attention:

Penelope just turned 2! Video was taken in 2007 but reposted several years later (2010). For those concerned with her car seat, she was perfectly safe. The straps are not loose, but strap pads are, as seen in this video. My lil lady loved playing with those pads, but she was not in any risk. She is thrilled that her video has gone viral, finally and I quote "mommy I want to record more, more" lol as she quotes herself now at 7. She has not lost that spark and we love her dearly for being so smart (as she shocked us too the day this was recorded in knowing the lyrics as much as a 2yr old could). She's quite an amazing lil gal, believes she was finally discovered. Thanks everyone

Bravo, Penelope! And I'm right there with her: record some more music for us, "mommy"! (Pretty please.) Either way, a big triple-rainbow salute of cutest cover goes out to Penelope for her wonderful rendition and major props and appreciation goes out to YouTube user jacquebell05 for sharing this adorable overload moment with the Internet and us here at The Feed!

UPDATE: Penelope's mother, Prissy, wrote a very sweet comment on our Facebook page here.
