Dutch Queen Beatrix poses for an official photograph, released to coincide with her 70th birthday, in The Hague, Netherlands. Dutch Queen Beatrix turned 70 on Jan. 31, 2008, with a low-key gathering of close friends at her palace nestled in woods on the edge of The Hague. Her subjects hung the national flag and orange streamers from their homes and public buildings that day.
