Jenifer Lewis, probably best-known as Tina Turner's mother in "What's Love Got To Do With It" and for her nightclub act "The Diva Is Dismissed," performs at the 17th Annual Divas Simply Singing show, a long-running benefit concert for AIDS, at the Wilshire Ebel Theatre in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday October 6, 2007. It was just one of the several recent concerts intended to raise consciousness and raise funds.
