Hotline Editor On Obama's Relationship With Congress

On "Washington Unplugged" today, the Hotline's editor-in-chief, Amy Walter, talked about Obama's domestic agenda and what roadblocks may impede his progress in a bipartisan Congress.

"The bigger issue," Walter said, is independents' support for the president and how it effects Congress.

"It's those independents who drive elections and right now they are giving Obama good numbers, but they are also very weary," she said.
