Little Love For The Media At Palin Rallies

(CBS)
From CBS News' Scott Conroy:

(NEW YORK) They scold us for “being unfair,” remind us to “ask all the candidates the same questions,” and occasionally, they boo us.

From Canton to Colorado, some of the tens of thousands of people attending Sarah Palin’s rallies regularly take it upon themselves to give the media a piece of their minds.

So I thought it only fair to turn the microphone around, and give a handful of rally attendees a chance to air their grievances about the way in which the media has covered the Republican vice presidential nominee.

The media talks to the public....so candidates talk to the media.

That is the way it has always been. Palin and Mccain have proven what fools they are by ranting at the media. Deep down, everyone knows that a factual news story that is INACCURATE will generate lawsuits, meaning the media will get sued. Now, out of all of this screaming and ranting, how many lawsuits have you seen? Even poor old FOX NEWS has had to report the GOP filth as true fact. So all you folks who "hate the media"----what if they ALL JUST STOP GOIGN TO ANY PALIN EVENT? YOU WOULD HAVE A STROKE---SHE WOULD BE "IGNORED" AND NOBODY WOULD KNOW WHAT SCRIPT SHE READ THAT DAY.
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR....ONE OF THESE DAYS, SARAH PALIN WILL WISH SHE COULD GET A HIGH SCHOOL NEWSPAPER TO INTERVIEW HER...AND THEY WON''T. WHEN YOU ARE "ABOVE" THE MEDIA, YOU USUALLY HAVE MUCH TO HIDE. WHEN YOU HIDE FROM THE MEDIA, YOU ARE A COWARD, AND YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO HOLD THE OFFICE OF V.P. IN THIS COUNTRY.

Alaska Daily News - 09/22/2008

"John Harris, the Republican speaker of the Alaska House, said he had never been called by the spouse of a governor before the two calls he got from Todd Palin. One was to argue for moving the state capital to Anchorage. The other was to ask Harris to "keep an eye" on a key aide who had an affair with the wife of one of Todd''''s best friends."

1. Sarah Palin has promised she has no intention of moving the Capital to Anchorage. The above quote proves she is a liar. Moving the Capital from Juneau to Anchorage would destroy thousands of Juneau families financially. Destroying Juneau families for a frivolous, self serving and greedy Capital move is apparently fine with Palin.

2. The fact that Palin''''s husband (who is an illegal proxy for the Governor) wants the legislature to "keep an eye" on one of the Palin''''s personal enemies speaks for itself!

Scott, would you be surprised if Democrats at a Dem rally dissed Republicans?
If not, why are you surprised that Republicans at a GOP rally diss Democrats? Just because the Dems work for the media doesn''t make them any less partisan Dems.

Republicans aren''t dissing the "media", so much as they are dissing the LibDems who dominate the media.

Hey Scott, after Charlie Gibsons'' interview, I would image they are leary of the MSM. As for Fox News, Hillary and Bill both said they were the most balanced. Oops, I forgot, they have been banished from the Democrat machine.

Thanks for sharing that Scott. You guys are too eager following her highness around hoping for a scrap.
Sarah Palin sees herself as a Deity and doesn''t think she owes the American people a blessed thing.
She said she has that readiness, that preparedness to be leader of the free world. So we should just hand her over the keys to the kingdom. What do we matter to the royalty?
