Barack and Hillary like Fred and Ginger

(CBS)
From CBS News' Maria Gavrilovic:

(NEW YORK) America has a new dancing duo, albeit with a political twist.

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama appeared at a fund-raiser for the second day in a row this morning, where Clinton compared the former Democratic opponents to Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire.

Clinton has taken up exercising since exiting the race, and suggested today that Obama may have been her inspiration. “I’m trying to exercise a little bit which I’m told does wonders for a person because during the campaign, you, I’m sure you read that Barack would get up faithfully every morning and go to the gym. I would get up and have my hair done,” Clinton said to applause and laughter.

She added, “Its one of those Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire things."

Clinton and Obama attended a fundraiser sponsored by Women for Obama, where the two had nothing but praise and kind words for one and other. Clinton told the attendees that Obama will fight for women’s issues, urging her supporters to back him.

“Anyone who voted for me has so much in common with those who voted for Barack,” Clinton said, “It is critical that we join forces because the Democratic Party is a family, you know sometimes a dysfunctional family, but it’s a family!”

Obama said he shared a “historic journey” with Clinton, joking that the difference between the two is that he did not campaign in high heeled shoes. Obama continuously praised Clinton through out his remarks, saying that he “desperately” needs her and Bill Clinton.

"I’ve admired her as a leader, I’ve learned from her as a candidate, I am proud to call her my friend, and I know that I desperately need her and Bill Clinton involved in this campaign,” Obama said.

Obama and Clinton will be flying back to Washington D.C. this afternoon. Obama has a campaign stop scheduled in Fairfax, Virginia, while Clinton will tend to Senate business.

5 Questions to consider:
1) Who do you trust more?
2) Who is most experianced to lead a country of 300 million?
3) Who is most qualified to make proactive decisions for a country of 300 million?
4)Who has had many previous votes in the Senate that can justify making the right Changes in the future?
5)Do you think it makes sense to vote for a 3rd party in the end when they don''t have shot?

Of course he is Liberal. Bill Clinton was a liberal until he competed for the general election and then when he got elected he was FORCED back to the left- This is exactly what Congress will do to Obama- and then like Bill Obama will say ''I don''t know who I am!" No One knows who he is, including himself. This is a LEADER??

It is interesting that Hillary compares herself to Ginger Rogers. It is said of Ginger Rogers that she did everything that Fred Astair did but in high heels and backwards.

You people here are not very smart. Don''t you see that a deal was made? If you don''t come through with your end of the bargain, Hillary and her supporters won''t come through with theirs. So get on the stick and do it right or lose it all. You act like a bunch of stupid amatures who know nothing about politics.
