Pelosi: "Dream Ticket" Of Obama And Clinton "Impossible"

At her weekly press conference today, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi weighed in on the possibility of a so-called Democratic "dream ticket" featuring both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

The verdict? Such a union simply isn't "politically feasible," Pelosi said. She called an Obama/Clinton or Clinton/Obama ticket "impossible."

Asked to elaborate, Pelosi said it was "up to [the press] to interpret" her comments. But she said they grew out of "a lifetime of political gut."

Pelosi also said there would be a "dream ticket" of Democrats – just not one involving the two frontrunners.

“Take it from me, that won’t be the ticket,” she said.

Fvck Hilary and her supporters and another of her worthless apologies is just like a woman deciding she does not want to be a mom after all--and trying to cram the baby back up there. It just does NOT work that way. They are sooo keen on themselves, then let them be the only ones to support their candidate and see how far that goes. Write in Obama''s name if he''s your choice--if not, write in Gore, Edward--anyone but the Queen of bigotry. Hillary Clinton.

One cannot be an effective president if she only carries the sentiment of the people which is just 1 side of governance. The president should also carry the realities and party values of those who serve the nation with her. If Pelosi thinks only one side matters. She''s just being plain politician.

JUST A FEW REMINDERS OF THE CLINTONSD DISGRACE AND HOW WE SHOULD NOT CONSIDER HER: As they departed the White House, the Clintons left with furniture, lamps, prints and other items totaling $28,000. After an enormous public outcry, the former first grifters returned this truckload of public property swiped from the Executive Mansion. For his part, William Jefferson Clinton successfully perjured himself in the Paula Jones sexual-harassment lawsuit.Long-subpoenaed billing records from Hillary Clinton''''''''''''''''s days at Little Rock''''''''''''''''s Rose Law Firm magically materialized at the White House in January 1996 -- just four days after a statute of limitations expired, thus sparing her from potential civil liability for advising Madison Guaranty, a failed bank whose collapse cost taxpayers $60 million.Today, Hillary Clinton''''''''s tax returns remain concealed, while Barack Obama released his. How did she "loan" her campaign $5 million in January? Voters need such answers now, not after Election Day, especially since Bill Clinton''''''''s speech and business income enhances their combined wealth. After White House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster died from a gunshot to the head in Fort Marcy Park near Washington in July 1993, his office should have remained sealed for forensic purposes. Yet, two days later, the Clintons personal financial records are to be temporarily kept in a locked closet in the White House residence.

This is what I think America needs:

Obama: Improving international relations
Gore: Healing the planet - green energy development
Edwards: Looking out for worker rights

Together - all three of them putting the people and the planet over special interests.

THAT is the winning combination and it is the combination that America and the rest of the world so desperately needs at this time.

So come on Edwards and Gore - let''s make this happen.

Pelosi is 67 years old, hardly the dream ticket.
Hillary is the best candidate for the job. Time is on her side.

Unfortunately "time" is not one of the criteria we elect a President on, Hilary is divisive a bare face liar, she distorts information, can''t manage her staff or her campaign finances and believes in scorched earth policies to get her way. She''s not competent to be dog catcher let alone President. Not that this has not stopped America from putting incompetents in charge before.

If the nom is stolen from him, He should go on McCAins ticket and do to the Dems what Joe Liebermann did. LOL

Then when HIlary gets her token black replacement--find out just how much color did not play a part.

''''m with Pelosi. Hillary Clinton sees the need to have an African-American on the ticket, and that is good. But it cannot and should NOT be baby Obama, 3-year Senator who couldn''''t lead anything out of a wet paper bag! There are plenty of prominent, experienced and accomplished Black Democrats worthy of being the Presidential or Vice Presidential nominee, Louis Farrakhan''''s choice it NOT one of them!

what a fvcking bigot you are. So you think that people will just switch up to the next black candidate because they are voting for a color and not a certain person? You demean all blacks and men by your words. Suppose Obama wins the nomination and just inserts another white chick over 60 with ties to NOW? Will that guarantee him a win and all the votes? Should he tap Tipper Gore or Pelosi to pacify Hilary supporters? Is that a fair exchange? *** are you SAYING? If Hilary tries to put another black in, the blacks might all just stay home. They are not shoes--not interchangeable depending on where one is going. They are just like every other fvcking human being. You make me sick.

Pelosi is right on! How can Hillary support Obama after basing her entire campaign strategy against his ability to lead the country? And for Obama to run Hillary as VP? Certainly Pelosi isn''t thinking this, but the notion of Hillary''s self-serving strategy "at all cost" to ensure her Presidency is seriously daunting. (insert theme for Dead Presidents)

Thanks for the negative view Nancy.
Maybe it would be better to have an upbeat, positive attitude. Of course, I also like the sound of Clinton/Edwards.

She already DID ELABORATE.
In an interview earlier this week, Pelosi said something to the effect that, since Clinton practically endorsed McCain, she (Pelosi) couldn''t see that supposed "dream ticket" between Obama and Clinton ever happening.

Hillary is unqualified to be president or VP.
