Obama Union Supporters Say Clinton Is “Shameless”

A Nevada union supporting Barack Obama is taking the gloves off in a new Spanish radio ad that blasts Hillary Clinton in advance of Saturday’s democratic caucus. UNITE HERE, under the umbrella of the state’s largest union, is running the ad in response to a lawsuit filed to disallow members from caucusing at their places of work – mainly casinos. The lawsuit was dismissed today but this ad is adding plenty of fire to the issue.

Listen to the ad here

The following is a translation of the ad:

“Hillary Clinton does not respect our people. Hillary Clinton supporters went to court to prevent working people to vote this Saturday - that is an embarrassment.”

“Hillary Clinton supporters want to prevent people from voting in their workplace on Saturday.”

“This is unforgivable!”

“Hillary Clinton is shameless.”

“Hillary Clinton should not allow her friends to attack our people's right to vote this Saturday. This is unforgivable, there is no respect.”

“Senator Obama is defending our right to vote. Senator Obama wants our votes. He respects our votes, our community, and our people.”

“Senator Obama's campaign slogan is "Sí Se Puede, Sí se puede." ("Yes We Can").”

“Vote for a president that respects us, and that respects our right to vote.”

“Obama for president, "Si Se Puede" ("Yes We Can").”

In Spanish there is a phrase for the way the Clintons and their surrogates (read: trained seals)savage their opponents ...

They "throw stones and then hide their hands."

That in itself would qualify Hillary--who professes not only innocence but victimhood in nearly all instances--and her followers as "sinverguenzas" (shameless).

There is another Spanish phrase that comes to mind here ...

"The truth hurts, but it doesn''t offend."

Except in the case of the Clintons, they pretend that it does.

I don''t care what the Obama Union Supporters Say.. They''re a "Very small" group of people, and most won''t vote anyway.. Hillary will win because she has the support of most of the women of America.. They come in all colors, Black, Brown. Yellow, and White.. They are both young an old, and more Independent then anytime in our history.. You "Good-O-Boys" can''t go into the Voting both with them, but you notice the landslide.. Many of them are the wife''s of Republican''s, that are sick of the current President, and his inability to lead.. Hillary Clinton Is the right Women, and it''s the right time in History for a Women to lead us..

Obama doesn''t respect Hispanics so much as the poster suggests. Obama''s main support is from the Elites and rich; Hillary''s is from the the working class. The last time I checked, many hispanics aren''t rich, so they don''t need Obama with his elitist-appeal.

Oriy says the Clinton''s base is the workers while Obama relies on elitist and the rich?? Hillary got the billionaire founder of the BET network to bail her out in South Carolina. Clinton guests staying in the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House gave $5.4 million to the DNC. Obama''s endorsements are genuine not paid for.

JAMurphy4 wants a woman in the White House. Nothing wrong with that but it%u2019s sad when people mindlessly follow the pack like spineless lemmings. Forget critical thinking lets trivialize the presidency of the United States of America to elementary school with boys on one side of the room and girls on the other.

I think this is pathetic. I personally do not like Obama at all. He''s bragging on Reagan , maybe he should have been a republican canidate. Reagan was the worst. I remember those days very well because I graduated from high school during this time, when we had a bad recession, no jobs. Can you say "Trickle down economics"? I can. I think hes running his big mouth, saying whatever he has to to win the people, worst mistake. At least I know that Hillary, when she says shes going to do something, she does it, even if she can''t get through to congress, she sure tries, and keeps trying. I don''t trust Obama, his and Oprahs racist church, I don''t think he knows what he is,or what hes doing probally a muslim in disquise. Yeah thats what we all need. This country is full of nothing but greedy animals (Corperate) that step all over the little ants. Well this years the year, Hillary will win, republicans and wanna be republican can kiss my astronaut.

The hypocritical lies of the Democratic party, two candidates that are not qualified, is really embarressing. If we realize that another, more appealing, Republican is actually better for the country, we could stand up and be proud, instead of ashamed.

MOCALEO - you site Obama''s only 4 years in congress as inadequate and a reason to vote for Hillary - she has little time as well - her only experience is getting screwed by Bill, just like hundreds of other women across the country. She has no real experience, the only reason she is a Senator is because she shopped for an overwhelmingly democratic state that owed her husband favors. She is a sham and will say or do anything to get elected.

Clinton is an appendage of the corporate/Washington establishment. She takes more money from lobbyists than *any* other candidate, and then declares that those same lobbyists will not influence her! This is the height of shameless dishonesty, even by Clinton standards. A vote for Hillary Clinton is a de facto Republican vote.

Croft777, the only reason that Obama is invoking Reagan is that Reagan stands for another presidential era that people are still nostalgic for. Since there are people who still associate Bill Clinton with a good economy (although I would think that through Slick Willy''s recent actions and statements that he''s disgraced himself and that nostalgia is fading), Obama is just using Reagan as an example of a president that represented more than a good economy; it was the last tides of change that this country had. Not a Reagan fan myself, but that''s really irrelevant to what his point is.

JAMurphy4, I am a woman from NY. I can tell you that HRC has done nothing for NY, except from using it as a platform for her presidential campaign (and NY Democrats played into it). No one should be voting for a woman just because, we should be voting on the candidates based on their plans, what they represent, and their character. This is why Obama will have my vote.

I''m a Hispanic voter, the intended target of the ad, and I think this is patronizing. Hillary isn''t trying to disenfranchise anybody.

And Obama is using Cesar''s Chavez''s slogan "Si se Puede" (Yes We Can) without giving credit to Chavez or mentioning what he worked for. I find this very insulting.

What if a non-black candidate started every speech with "I Have a Dream," but never mentioned MLK or what he stood for, and just acted like the words had no historical significance.

Obama is reducing important events in history to slogans that don''t mean anything.
