Likely still fat because you believe the "calories in calories out" mantra. When you eat the wrong foods (sugar or starches) you will always feel hungry because your cells are actually malnourished. The frequent insulin release makes it impossible to lose -- only gain. What your body is craving is fat and protein. Since I realized that fact now I can eat all I care to eat, and I will still maintain a healthy weight, no need for exercise. I do exercise doing work, recreation and for health reasons-- not specifically to lose weight. Whole, unprocessed foods and no sugars or grains is the secret.
