Two Dallas Safe Burglaries Caught On Camera

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - On Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at about 4:00 a.m., several suspects wearing masks, gloves, and hooded sweatshirts pried the front door to the TNT Sports Page Bar, at 14902 Preston Road. Once inside, the suspects destroyed the alarm system and went in the office.
Police say the suspects began beating the safe with a sledge hammer but still couldn't get it open and they left.
The video of this crime shows one suspect looking into the surveillance camera.
On Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at about 11:15 p.m., a man removed the A/C unit from the Dunlap Swain Texaco at 3103 Inwood Road.
The suspect went into the office and beat the safe open. The suspect removed the cash from the safe and took off.
Police say the two crimes do not appear to be related.
