Next week looks to stay mild and quiet with a bit more sunshine. High temps will be above average in the mid 50s.
Halloween was been mostly gloomy in the Twin Cities on Friday, with an overcast sky and on-and-off showers. Temperatures struggled to reach the mid 40s during the day, and were expected to drop to the low 40s by evening for trick-or-treating.
