Cloudy and windy before widespread rain arrives Sunday night in Minnesota

Clouds remain throughout Sunday in Minnesota as the wind picks up with gusts up to 20 mph by the afternoon.

Temperatures will be warmer with highs in the mid 60s.

Widespread rain arrives late Sunday night and will remain through Monday. Most of the state could see up to an inch of rain. Temperatures will also drop back down to the 50s.

Clouds clear up on Tuesday, with highs staying in the 50s for most of the week.

Highs will get closer to 70 by next weekend.
