Cooler day with sunny skies in Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS) — Cooler—than—average summer temperatures continue through the end of the work week under pleasant, partly cloudy skies.
Friday morning's low temperatures in the 40s and 50s will be downright refreshing.
Temperatures warm a bit, and light southerly winds are returning this weekend. Overall, plans look pleasant with a mix of clouds and sun and a slight chance of rain Sunday afternoon.
CBS Chicago is tracking a wetter weather forecast for much of next week, with periods of showers and thunderstorms leading to up to one inch of rain.
