With the rise of mobile, Illinois votes to allow AT&T to end landline service

Lawmakers in Illinois have voted to join 19 other states where AT&T is the primary phone carrier and allow the company to end landline service. AT&T says it wants to invest more in wireless or internet-based phone networks, but some consumer advocates are worried about the impact of the change. Dean Reynolds reports.
