Western Oklahoma ice storm leaves thousands without power
Across much of western Oklahoma, roads are coated in ice an inch thick. Police are urging residents to stay off slick roads. But with 150,000 residents without power, that often means staying inside a house with no heat. Mark Strassmann reports.
