VA audit reveals many facilities mishandled appointments
An internal audit found 95 facilities mishandled appointment requests. The chairs of the Veterans Affairs Committees in the House and Senate have struck a deal on a bill allowing veterans to seek care at a private facility if they have been waiting for an appointment. Nancy Cordes reports.
