UVA fraternity reinstated after disputed rape scandal

The University of Virginia reinstated Phi Kappa Psi on Monday, nearly two months after the fraternity was suspended amid claims that its members raped a student. Rolling Stone, the publication who first publicized the alleged victim's claims, retracted its story after discrepancies were found. Police also said they could not find evidence of a crime.
