U.S. students slipping academically

A new report finds American high school students are falling further behind their peers in other countries. An assessment, based on a worldwide test taken by 6,000 American 15-year-olds, ranks the U.S. in 31st place in math, 24th in science, and 21st in reading. Norah O'Donnell reports.
