UN ambassador Samantha Power on expanding airstrikes into Syria
John Kerry told a Senate committee that more than 50 countries are in the U.S. coalition against ISIS on Wednesday, one day before the chamber is expected to authorize the Obama administration to train and arm Syrian rebels.
