U.S. plans to add troops to train Iraqi forces fighting ISIS
The Obama administration is retooling its strategy in the fight against ISIS in Iraq. The new plan calls for hundreds of American military advisers and a new base to train Iraqi troops with the goal to retake Ramadi and drive extremists from Anbar province. Major Garrett reports.
