U.N. report: "Clear and convincing" evidence of chemical attack in Syria

Eighty-five percent of the blood samples collected by U.N. inspectors in Syria tested positive for sarin gas. U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said it was the worst chemical attack since Saddam Hussein gassed the Kurds of northern Iraq a quarter century ago. David Martin reports.
