Towns evacuated after crude oil tankers derail, explode in West Virginia

Rail safety is again called into question as investigators are trying to figure out how a train carrying crude oil derailed and exploded in West Virginia on Monday. Two towns are being evacuated. Kristin Ketchell of CBS affiliate WOWK reports from Fayette County, West Virginia.
