The Dish: Seattle-area chef Tom Douglas
Tom Douglas had no formal training but went on to become a driving force in defining the cuisine of the Pacific Northwest. His restaurant, Dahlia Lounge, won him one of his three James Beard Awards. He went on to open another 17 restaurants. Douglas joins "CBS This Morning: Saturday" to share his culinary journey.
