Texas abortion law: Judge blocks controversial measure

A judge struck down parts of a new anti-abortion law in Texas on Monday. The judge ruled a provision that requires doctors performing abortion procedures to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital was "without a rational basis and places a substantial obstacle in the path of a woman seeking an abortion." The state has already filed an appeal. Norah O'Donnell reports.
