Texas abortion bill fails in dramatic late-night session
Senators in Texas failed to pass the bill before a midnight deadline when the special session of the legislature was set to expire. The vote came amid vocal protests by hundreds of people who packed the capitol. And earlier, a lawmaker staged a filibuster that lasted more than 10 hours. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
