Ted Cruz: Brokered convention would be “enormous mistake”
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, says he opposes, “Washington deal-makers and lobbyists who want to parachute in their preferred candidate.” The Republican presidential candidate called the prospect of a brokered convention “illegitimate” and “wrong.”
