Tacloban begins to rebuild typhoon-shattered towns
The city of Tacloban, one of the hardest hit by Typhoon Haiyan, has started to limp back to life. But food and water is still scarce, and residents are waiting hours for medical care. The first aid ship arrived in Tacloban's port Friday. Seth Doane reports.
