Stranded Atlanta motorists weren't prepared for winter weather
Mike Paluska of CBS Atlanta station WGCL-TV says it was difficult to witness Atlanta's massive traffic jam during Tuesday's snow storm because there were "so many people in need." While roads have improved, the snow that melted during the day turned to ice, creating another major concern for motorists.
