Special Report: Charleston shooting suspect captured
Authorities confirmed that Dylann Storm Roof , 21, was arrested in Shelby, North Carolina, Thursday morning. Roof was identified as the suspect in the Charleston, South Carolina, church shooting Wednesday night that killed nine.
