Second mistrial declared in case of officer who killed unarmed black man

A judge in Cincinnati declared a second mistrial in the case of Ray Tensing, a white police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black driver at a traffic stop. The jury was deadlocked after five days of deliberations. Michelle Miller has more.
