Rising waters continue to damage southeast Texas
The Houston area continues to deal with heavy rain after a devastating weekend of flash floods. Southeast Texas is trying to recover from the deadly floods, but forecasts anticipate more thunderstorms Thursday. CBS' Manuel Bojorquez has the latest from Houston.
