Rising home prices helping homeowners get heads above water
Amid rising home prices, California has seen the largest drop in the number of underwater mortgages, while Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Minnesota are also having strong recoveries. One California couple who was underwater on their mortgage in 2012 is now selling their home for a profit. Ben Tracy reports.
