A report released by internal watchdogs at the Department of Veterans Affairs confirms allegations of widespread manipulation of wait times for veterans seeking a doctor’s care. Investigators say they have spoken to dozens of VA schedulers who say they were encouraged by managers to manipulate appointment times. Nancy Cordes reports.
