Report clears Gov. Christie, blames 2 allies in bridge scandal

An investigation ordered by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and paid for by taxpayers cleared him of involvement in a plot to create a traffic jam last fall. The report said the Republican governor had no knowledge of the plan but said Christie's former deputy chief of staff and a former Port Authority official secretly coordinated closures of lanes that led to the George Washington Bridge.
