Relief in Damascus after Obama's address
CBS News correspondent Elizabeth Palmer in the Syrian capital of Damascus says people there are relieved that President Obama did not announce that a strike on Syria was being launched. Many people there fear increased violence and instability resulting from a U.S. strike.
